The quoted price you receive includes the supply of all waste and recycling containers, waste collection, disposal and recycling at a frequency suitable for you – and the provision of the annual duty of care note.


Q. What are the additional or hidden costs?

None. VAT is applicable at the prevailing rate.

Q. Will you provide waste transfer notes or duty of care notes?

Yes – this is all included within the quoted price.

Q. Is there a long-term contract – and how easily can that contract be terminated?

Our standard terms and conditions simply have a 3-month notice period.

Q. What are payment terms?

Payment is monthly by direct debit in advance.

Q. What can I do if there are problems after the waste collection service has commenced?

Call us and we will resolve any issues that you may encounter.
